The Congress of NAYORA

NAYORA was established by 11 youth organizations on 30^th of November of 1995 and was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic on 31^st of January of 1996. Nowadays it includes 66 child and youth organizations.

Regarding the anniversary of the First Forum of Azerbaijan Youth on February 1, 1997 the national leader Heydar Aliyev accepted one group of youth and signed the Direction declaring February 2 as the day of the Azerbaijan youth. National Assembly of Youth Organizations of Azerbaijan Republic annually observes February 2 as the holiday of Azerbaijan youth since that day.
