NAYORA’s tasks:
To provide their rights through creating equally useful conditions for youth
To raise the participation of youth and youth organizations in the process going on in society and especially in decision making
To impact positively on formation of policy concerning the youth and youth organizations
To achieve the establishment of independent and sustainable youth organizations at the national level
To organize the exchange of knowledge, ideas and experience
To coordinate activities of member children and youth organizations and support their development
To work on providing the interests of youth and youth organizations in national, regional and international level
To conduct a cooperative work in the field of protection of rights and solution of problems of youth
To achieve solidarity among youth and youth organizations in solution of national issues

The activity strategy and priorities of NAYORA:
Strengthening relations among member organizations of NAYORA, stimulation of their joint cooperation, strengthening useful information exchange network among member organizations, preparation and implementation of long term program and projects relating to the activity of member organizations
Conducting the lobbying activity in a way of supporting youth issues and developing relations with governmental, non-governmental, humanitarian, commercial, public organizations working in Azerbaijan, embassies of foreign countries accredited in the Republic
Implementation of programs, international projects, trainings, exchanges, conferences, seminars, debates, symposiums, festivals, round tables, language courses, internships, study visits etc. for providing integration of Azerbaijani youth to the worldwide
Conducting activities for recognition of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, raising this issue in different international levels
Developing and intensifying relations with existing international cooperation organizations
Developing activities in the fields of science, education, religion, culture, sport, moral and military patriotism
Conducting activities directed to peace building and conflict resolution
Organizing the youth activity directed to reduction of existing environmental problems
Conducting activity directed to reduction of problems related with health of youth, especially, identifying the fighting strategy of youth against drugs, AIDS and this kind of problems
Reduction of unemployment problems of youth, supporting young entrepreneurs, opening of income generating fields for youth and preparation of programs
Protection of human rights, providing of citizen freedom and working towards strengthening civil society
Organizing youth activity in achievement of gender equality
Elections, raising awareness among population in the field of elections, preparing different programs concerning elections
Working in a way of solving of other problems faced by youth

NAYORA’s international partners:
NAYORA is a full member of European Youth Forum (Youth Forum Jeunesse) and a full member of Turkish World Youth Union since 1997, has a consultative statue of United Nations Economical and Social Council since 2002, the establisher and a full member of Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialog and Cooperation since 2004. The representation in these respectable organizations played a role of a big bridge for international integration of Azerbaijani youth and in past ten years thousands of youth participated in international events, acted as the organizers of hundreds of international events. NAYORA representatives are represented in different electoral structures of European Youth Forum (Youth Forum Jeunesse), Turkish World Youth Union and Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialog and Cooperation.
